3/25/99 CONTACT STAFF

Last evening, March 24th, at approximately 8:30 P.M., the locks on all of the CONTACT offices were abruptly being changed by a local locksmith.
When directly confronted with the question as to what “authority” has instructed the locksmith to make such a blatantly obtrusive move, a letter was produced by New Gaia Products’ Diane Kunick (Doris Ekker’s daughter) which was signed by E.J. Ekker and by Doris Ekker. The letter, which follows [see inset], is written on Phoenix Institute for Research & Education, Ltd. letterhead, authorizing action on behalf of three Nevada corporations: Continental Development (It is interesting to note that this is NOT the actual name, readers; the true name is Continental Developers—a deliberate effort at deception or an example of further mental melt-down?); CONTACT, and Phoenix Source Distributors.
Jack and Diane Kunick were therein “authorized” by E.J. Ekker, as President of the Phoenix Institute, to take measures to secure “the property and equipment of the above named corporations”. To the best of our knowledge, they were not appointed as corporate representatives through resolution by the corporate board, but rather, they were just, so to speak, “deputized”.
You will recall us mentioning, in the March 15th edition of CONTACT (page 29), wherein in Hatonn’s own words is the statement (through Doris; dated 2/23/94): “The Ekkers have no business interest at all in the CONTACT or, for that matter, the publishers of the journals (Phoenix Source Distributors).” Now, readers, the Ekkers testified to this fact in U.S. District Court (Federal). They were either lying then (perjury?) or they are lying now. Which is it? Or, as Dr. Young put it on the Front Page of the same 3/15/99 issue of CONTACT: “It is downright stupid, if not preposterous, and maybe even tragic, that E.J. Ekker should attempt such a desperate threat [referring to terminating Dr. Young as Editor-In-Chief], through the avenue of Global Alliance Investment Association—especially since it wasn’t that long ago, during the last wave of the University of Science & Philosophy law cases, when Commander Hatonn went to great lengths to assert, over and over again for their own safety from prison, that Doris and E.J. Ekker had nothing to do with the operations of the CONTACT business entity, and were associated with CONTACT only in the capacity of...
