Russia has announced that President Putin has issued a DECREE which increases the size of the Military by another 180000. The last time that Russia announced an increase it was swiftly followed by the MOBILIZATION of 300000 additional soldiers and a mass EXODUS of people who wanted to avoid being CONSCRIPTED. In this video I discuss the recent announcement, why this will cause PANIC amongst the depleted workforce in Russia and discuss the problems that Russia is now facing.
