The goal of the project: to create settlements for people in Ukraine who have lost their homes and jobs. Provide them with free, safe, comfortable temporary housing and an opportunity to recover.
Due to military actions in Ukraine, more than 11 million Ukrainians were forced to leave their homes. 5.5 of them went abroad, the rest are looking for shelter in the central and western part of Ukraine. A large number of forcibly displaced people have lost the opportunity to earn money and the opportunity to rent housing, and it is simply not enough for such a large number of people who are currently left without a roof over their heads.
Dormitories and centers for displaced people are overcrowded, and socially vulnerable segments of the population suffer the most from the lack of housing: the elderly, large families, family-type orphanages, and single mothers.
The solution to this problem is the creation of temporary housing for displaced persons.

What is a MODULAR house ?
This is a detached compact furnished dwelling of 14.5 m2 with electricity and a toilet (shower + toilet-septic tank) for four people. SUCH MODULES HAVE an original design, they are resistant to any weather conditions: their service life is up to 10 years. Due to the ease of construction, they are a world standard and an ideal solution for refugees in Ukraine.
As part of the project, we have already installed 50 houses for 200 people, and we plan to install 10 more in the near future in the village. Khorosno, Lviv region.

The cost of 1 house and its annual maintenance is 14,087 Euros.

A deep history of the last fifty years


JFK-9/11 assembles the most significant and well-documented “deep events” of the last fifty years into a coherent narrative of the “deep history” of the United States and its sphere of influence. The result is both a concise introduction for newcomers (a “deep history for dummies”), and an insightful perspective for informed readers.
Relying strictly on documented evidence and state-of-the-art JFK and 9/11 research, the book cuts through the layers of government and mainstream media lies, to expose the hidden powers at work in the Empire’s underground foreign policy. It documents the role of undercover and paramilitary operations, psychological warfare and disinformation campaigns, and above all false flag terror, in the course of world politics since the beginning of the Cold War, and increasingly since September 11th.
The book is divided in two parts: the first deals with the underlying forces of the Cold War, the second with the driving forces of the War on Terror. The period investigated begins just before November 22, 1963 and peaks on September 11, 2001, the two deep events that weigh most heavily on the unfolding of American and world history. The author highlights their structural similarities, examines how one made the other possible thirtyeight years later, and follows the underlying thread leading from the one to the other, in the hope of anticipating and circumventing future atrocities.

About the Author
Laurent Guyénot was born in France in 1960. After graduating as an engineer from the École Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées in Paris, and working in the armaments industry in the United States for two years, he turned to the study of religious history and anthropology.
He has earned a PhD in Medieval Studies at La Sorbonne, Paris, and has since authored several groundbreaking books in French on medieval “narrative anthropology,” most recently The Bleeding Spear (2010) and Fairy Death (2011). He has also published an investigation into the psychological and social damage of mass pornography.
He has been researching America’s “deep history” for the last five years, and has been a contributor to Voltairenet.org. JFK-911 is his first book in English.

Gaston-Armand Amaudruz, inébranlable soldat politique


En Suisse, chez les Helvètes, de nombreux intellectuels et militants du régime de Vichy et de la Collaboration, reçurent une aide généreuse immédiatement après 1945 et jusque dans les années 1950, ils trouvèrent un refuge sûr. Cette solidarité vint parfois d’hommes qui n’étaient pas forcément des admirateurs de la Révolution nationale, encore moins du National-Socialisme, mais qui relevaient plutôt d’une droite conservatrice écœurée par l’ignominie de l’épuration gaulliste et communiste.

Droite conservatrice et droite radicale en Suisse après 1945 : quelques figures
Tel fut le cas de Pierre Favre (1916-1989), protestant vaudois issu d’une vieille famille paysanne. Bien que libéral-conservateur en politique, défenseur d’un ordre social chrétien, il fut l’un des cofondateurs, le 18 décembre 1948, de l’Association des Amis de Robert Brasillach (ARB), puis, pendant de longues années, son infatigable animateur.
Soucieux de préserver l’association de tout apparentement politique trop étroit pour favoriser à l’échelle internationale le rayonnement de l’œuvre du poète fusillé, Favre fit collaborer au bulletin des ARB Thierry Maulnier, Jean Anouilh, Marcel Aymé ou encore Jean de La Varende. Libéral, Favre l’était avant tout dans sa personne, au sens ancien où Carl Schmitt disait de Donoso Cortés qu’il était libéral, à savoir généreux, non sectaire, révolté par l’injustice. En dépit de tout ce qui les séparait dans l’ordre des idées, il eut droit, après sa mort, à un très bel hommage de Maurice Bardèche.
Une autre figure conservatrice, célèbre en Suisse, doit être évoquée : le contre-révolutionnaire catholique Gonzague de Reynold (1880-1970), issu d’une illustre famille fribourgeoise. Influencé par l’œuvre de Maurras, admirateur de Salazar, ne cachant pas certaines sympathies pour le fascisme italien, ce notable reconnu n’en adhéra pas moins, lui aussi, à l’ARB. Beaucoup plus représentatif de la fraction radicale de la droite suisse fut le journaliste et homme politique Georges Oltramare (1896-1960), antijuif du genre forcené, né dans une famille genevoise cultivée de lointaine origine ligure. Sous le pseudonyme de Charles Dieudonné, il se vit confier sous l’Occupation la responsabilité du quotidien collaborationniste la France au travail, dont il contribua à faire passer le tirage de 16 000 à… 260 000 exemplaires.
Concernant la Suisse alémanique, on fera état du médecin lucernois Franz Riedweg (1907-2005), qui devint un proche de Himmler et un très haut responsable de la SS, puisqu’il accéda au grade prestigieux d’Obersturmbannführer et fut nommé responsable du journal SS-Leitheft, destiné aux officiers SS. Riedweg supervisa en 1941 l’édition d’un ouvrage de propagande abondamment illustré, Germanische Gemeinschaft, qui exaltait la « communauté de combat » de la SS européenne, mais dans une optique essentiellement germanique destinée aux Scandinaves, Néerlandais, Flamands, Germano-Baltes et Suisses alémaniques.
Suisse était encore l’essayiste et journaliste Armin Mohler (1920-2003), né à Bâle. Secrétaire d’Ernst Jünger de 1948 à 1953, il devint par la suite l’une des principales figures intellectuelles de la droite néoconservatrice de la République fédérale allemande, et sa somme sur la « Révolution conservatrice » demeure un ouvrage de référence.

Un homme trop sain pour rentrer en politique
Gaston-Armand Amaudruz naquit le 21 décembre 1920 à Lausanne et mourut non loin de là, à Palézieux, le 7 septembre 2018. Il naît dans une famille cultivée, mais c’est un « enfant de vieux ». Son patronyme, d’origine germanique, courant dans la région du Léman, descend d’Amaldrud, nom de famille formé à partir d’amal (« zélé, efficace ») et de drud (« ami fidèle »). Mise en rapport avec la personne et la vie du militant suisse, l’étymologie semble confirmer la justesse du vieil adage latin nomen est omen (« Le nom est un présage »). La mère d’Amaudruz, Allemande originaire de Könitz, travailla comme enseignante de français. Son père, lui, fut longtemps professeur de français à la Humboldt Akademie de Berlin. C’est dans la capitale allemande que ses parents se rencontrent. Son père a déjà 58 ans et deux mariages derrière lui, sa mère a passé la quarantaine. Ils rentrent en Suisse, s’installant à Lausanne, en 1917.
Amaudruz ne rentre pas en politique, au sens actif du terme. Après des études de sciences politiques à l’université de Lausanne de 1939 à 1942, il est mobilisé de 1943 à la fin de la guerre. Nature avant tout intellectuelle et même très cérébrale, Amaudruz se prend alors de passion pour un philosophe allemand néokantien, Hans Vaihinger (1852-1933), et pour un des domaines les plus ardus de la philosophie, ce qu’on appelle alors “gnoséologie” et que l’on nomme plutôt, de nos jours, théorie de la connaissance, laquelle vise à cerner le mode spécifiquement humain de l’acte de connaître tel qu’il apparaît dans notre présence au monde (pour faire très bref).
Contrairement à ce que prétendent différentes légendes, Amaudruz, en dépit de sa maîtrise déjà grande de l’allemand (langue qu’il enseignera par la suite pour gagner sa vie), ne fut pas membre de l’organisation à l’étranger du Parti National-Socialiste (NSDAP-AO), pas plus qu’il ne travailla pendant la guerre avec le fasciste suisse Arthur Fonjallaz (1875-1944), bien plus tourné vers l’Italie mussolinienne que vers l’Allemagne du Troisième Reich. Dans un bref mais fort intéressant entretien qu’il accorda quelques années seulement avant sa mort, Amaudruz précisa : « J’étais trop jeune pour les mouvements d’avant-guerre ou pour combattre en Allemagne. »

Le déclic de l'engagement et les premières années du Courrier du Contient
Pour Amaudruz (comme pour bien d’autres), le déclic vint du procès de Nuremberg. Très tôt, Amaudruz s’était intéressé de près aux accusations soviétiques et alliées sur les « crimes de guerre » allemands. Dès avril 1945, sentant venir la parodie de justice, il avait publié un article, précisément intitulé « Criminels de guerre… », dans le Mois suisse littéraire et politique. Cet article fut suivi en 1946 d’un long texte, « Le procès de Nuremberg », qui remettait en cause de façon très argumentée la légitimité dudit procès. Il avait paru dans une nouvelle revue d’allure presque luxueuse, le Courrier du Continent, qui fera faillite après seulement quatre numéros, le succès n’étant pas au rendez-vous, pour ne pas parler de l’imprévoyance des fondateurs.
Amaudruz n’est alors que l’un des collaborateurs du titre, qu’il reprendra sous une forme beaucoup plus modeste, avec une parution mensuelle, et qu’il dirigera sans discontinuer jusqu’au numéro 554 de février 2014, avant d’en céder la direction à un vieil ami, René-Louis Berclaz.
Voici quelques exemples du procès fait au procès de Nuremberg : « Tribunal militaire international - tel est le titre de la cour de Nuremberg. Mais ce titre déjà est équivoque. Devant le mot “international”, l’homme de la rue a l’impression confuse que la compétence du nouvel organe s’étend à tous les pays (…). Il n’en est rien. “International” signifie simplement que le tribunal représente plusieurs nations : celles qui ont gagné la guerre. L’habileté consiste à introduire, à la faveur de l’équivoque, dans l’esprit du lecteur non averti l’idée d’une compétence illimitée. »
Ou encore cet ahurissant aveu, dès le lendemain de la fin de la guerre, que le tribunal doit avaliser le délit d’opinion sous sa forme la plus grossière. C’est ainsi que l’accusateur français Pierre Mounier s’improvise psychologue des peuples devant le tribunal (comme si cela avait un quelconque rapport avec les faits et avec une justice digne de ce nom), au sujet du philosophe National-Socialiste Alfred Rosenberg : « L’Allemand est un être étrange, qui peut faire consciemment le plus grand mal en demeurant convaincu que moralement il est irréprochable », avant de conclure : « C’est au tribunal qu’il incombe d’appliquer les sanctions contre une philosophie. » Amaudruz, déjà, faisait entendre au terme de son article une note pessimiste, mais dont on peut dire aujourd’hui qu’elle était prophétique : « Et, tandis que “Nuremberg” veut exaspérer ces hostilités fratricides (entre peuples européens), le crépuscule recouvre peu à peu l’Europe. Bientôt, la nuit sera là. Cette nuit qui se referme sur les peuples, et le lendemain les peuples ne sont plus… » Amaudruz fit donc œuvre de pionnier et de précurseur.

Le "Fascisme international" des survivants à la défaite
Dans les années qui suivent la fin de la guerre, Amaudruz approfondit sa connaissance des œuvres de Nietzsche et de Rosenberg (il faisait grand cas de ce dernier auteur). Il fait bientôt la connaissance d’Oltramare et de Genoud. Sans doute par leur intermédiaire, il s’insère peu à peu dans les rangs du « fascisme international », avec ses réseaux plus ou moins souterrains, formés par les survivants encore actifs, généralement des « seconds couteaux » du fascisme et du national-socialisme.
Amaudruz collabore par exemple à l’une des plus importantes publications de ces milieux à l’époque, la revue Der Weg (1947-1957), qui paraît à Buenos Aires. On trouve en effet, parmi les collaborateurs de Der Weg, Wilfred von Oven, qui avait été un très proche collaborateur de Goebbels ; Walther Darré (qui était d’ailleurs né dans la capitale argentine) ; Otto E. Remer, qui avait pris une part active à l’écrasement de la conjuration du 20 juillet 1944 et qui sera en 1949 l’un des cofondateurs du Sozialistische Reichspartei (SRP), interdit en 1952.
Du côté des non-Allemands, on relève les noms de Marc Augier, qui ne signait pas encore Saint-Loup ; de Jean-Pierre Azéma, ancien du PPF et de la Collaboration ; de Maurice Bardèche ; de Jacques de Mahieu et du poète Pierre Pascal ; de l’Américain d’origine allemande Austin J. App, devenu très tôt un auteur révisionniste ; ou encore du National-Socialiste anglais Arnold Leese, qui sera le mentor de Colin Jordan. Bien qu’elle ne soit pas ouverte uniquement à des auteurs Nationaux-Socialistes, Der Weg, qui se présente comme une épaisse revue d’une qualité certaine, n’en est pas moins très marquée : son animateur est Johann von Leers (1902-1965), ancien représentant de l’aile gauche du NSDAP, successivement collaborateur de Goebbels et de Darré, polyglotte et lié aussi, pour partie par les hasards de la vie, à Ernst Jünger, qui ne partageait pourtant pas son antijudaïsme aussi radical que celui d’Oltramare.

La rencontre avec René Binet
Ces années d’après-guerre sont aussi celles où Amaudruz fait la connaissance de René Binet (1913-1957), à l’itinéraire politique surprenant mais explicable. Ce Normand milite d’abord à la Jeunesse communiste du Havre, d’où il est exclu pour le soutien qu’il apporte aux thèses sur le « front unique » soutenues par Jacques Doriot en 1934 (volonté d’unir socialistes et communistes contre le “fascisme” ; projet de prise du pouvoir par une forme de collaboration entre classes). Puis il défend sur l’URSS, à partir de 1936, des positions clairement trotskistes, avant d’entamer pendant la guerre, alors qu’il est prisonnier en Allemagne, une évolution qui le conduit du matérialisme dialectique à une forme de « matérialisme biologique », et même à l’idée de s’engager dans la Waffen-SS pour aller combattre sur le front de l’Est. Militant totalement désintéressé et courageux, Binet écrivit, après son ralliement au camp national qui le poussa à figurer parmi les fondateurs de Jeune Nation en 1949, plusieurs brochures. Il décéda très prématurément dans un accident de la route, apparemment non suspect, en 1957.
Binet était sans nul doute un fanatique, ce qui n’était pas le cas, contrairement à certaines apparences, d’Amaudruz. Il possédait une culture qui excédait le champ strictement politique, une culture qui était aussi philosophique, littéraire (il a laissé des pièces de théâtre et des poèmes, toujours inédits) et scientifique (il connaissait les rudiments de la biologie et s’était aussi intéressé à la physique).

La fondation du Nouvel Ordre Européen et le "Social-Racisme"
En mai 1951 se réunissent pendant trois jours à Malmö, en Suède, une centaine de délégués de plusieurs mouvements représentatifs de la nébuleuse néofasciste européenne. Ils viennent d’une dizaine de pays. C’est l’acte fondateur du Mouvement Social Européen (MSE), dont la délégation française est conduite par Maurice Bardèche. Il s’agit de créer un organe de coordination dans l’action à l’échelle européenne. La majorité des délégués décide qu’il ne faut pas insister outre mesure sur le thème de la race et de sa défense. Cela provoque la scission, dès septembre 1951, d’un groupe d’éléments plus durs, qui donnent naissance à Zurich au Nouvel Ordre Européen (NOE). Celui-ci est fondé par Binet, Amaudruz et son meilleur ami, le Suisse Erwin Vollenweider, par un camarade allemand et un camarade italien. Pour les fondateurs, il ne s’agit pas « de créer un organisme nouveau ou concurrent des organisations déjà existantes, mais de rassembler une tendance sur le plan national et sur le plan européen ». Se revendiquer du “racisme” n’est pas du tout pour eux une manière de provocation gratuite, mais relève d’un souci de cohérence et d’une forme de courage. Il faut d’ailleurs remettre les choses dans leur contexte : en 1951, la police de la pensée existe déjà, mais on est encore très loin des formes délirantes prises par la répression-oppression d’aujourd’hui.
En outre, les membres du NOE, qui se réunissent une fois tous les deux ans environ, se veulent une espèce de centre de réflexion paneuropéen (avec même des prolongements dans le « monde blanc » partout où c’est possible) qui fait des propositions, sur le plan des idées, à des cadres de groupes, mouvements et partis, sans aucune visée électoraliste. Ainsi s’élabore peu à peu, au fil des Déclarations du NOE mais essentiellement sous la houlette et la plume d’Amaudruz lui-même, le “Social-Racisme”. La primauté de la race et du sang est clairement affirmée : « Dans un monde où tout est lutte, nul ne saurait se soustraire à ce choix : soutenir ou trahir la race à laquelle il appartient. (…) Pour chacun de nous, le sens de cette lutte dépend des valeurs liées à la structure même de notre âme. Et comme l’âme n’est autre chose que la race vue de l’intérieur, le combat prédestiné de l’individu c’est le combat pour la race. » La nécessaire conformité aux lois éternelles de la vie implique le rejet de tout anthropocentrisme : « Nous ne nous appartenons pas ; nous sommes un message de la vie. » Il s’ensuit qu’une doctrine sociale positive « se reconnaît au fait qu’elle déclare viser à l’ascension biologique de la race et que, pour elle, les droits de l’individu sont uniquement un moyen d’accomplir un devoir ». La ploutocratie et même, plus généralement, le monde moderne, sont regardés comme des bouillons de culture de la « mort par pourriture ». En 1959, Amaudruz découvre ou feint de découvrir un texte, présenté comme traduit du suédois en français, les Propositions d’Uppsala. Mais il n’est pas dupe et sait que ce manifeste a été écrit par un groupe de Français. Tout en lui reprochant « quelques outrances et quelques inexactitudes », il va y puiser plusieurs notions clés qui seront désormais caractéristiques de son propos, mais aussi, sous une forme plus ou moins édulcorée, de toute la mouvance qui s’organise, au début des années 1960, autour de la Fédération des étudiants nationalistes (FEN), avec sa revue Cahiers universitaires, puis autour du magazine Europe Action et de ses comités de diffusion.

Le "déchet biologique" : son "écume" et sa "lie"
Ce qu’Amaudruz retient avant tout des Propositions d’Uppsala, c’est la notion de « déchet biologique », formidable outil de décryptage de la dégénérescence raciale et morale.
Cette notion désigne, comme il l’écrira dans un texte bien plus tardif, « les porteurs de mutations négatives non éliminées dans les sociétés modernes », avec la subdivision du déchet entre une “écume” et une “lie”. « La “lie biologique” comprend les asociaux médiocrement intelligents qui suscitent la criminalité croissante de notre temps. L’“écume biologique” désigne les dégénérés moraux hautement intelligents, doués pour le parasitisme et qui constituent les élites de fait, c’est-à-dire les dirigeants des ploutocraties modernes. Cette écume biologique, au sein de multiples sociétés secrètes, a distillé des idées mortelles pour les races humaines : le mondialisme, le rêve d’un gouvernement mondial, régnant sur des populations métissées. »
Au milieu des années 1960, Amaudruz estimait que la race blanche, « celle qui comporte le déchet biologique le plus important », était menacée dans sa survie par la présence en son sein de ces dégénérés de l’écume et de la lie (armée de réserve de la première, notamment dans les périodes de troubles) formant, suivant les pays, de 15 à 30 % de la population. En cela, son “Social-Racisme” se distingue assez nettement du racialisme classique, surtout centré sur le métissage. Pour Amaudruz, l’anti-sélection ou « sélection à rebours » des pires par les anti-valeurs modernes est encore plus grave que le métissage. Il écrit à ce sujet : « Ignorer le déchet biologique, c’est ignorer la cause principale du déclin des peuples aryens. Le mélange des races expliquait en partie la décadence romaine. 2. “A very close confidant of Putin.”

Throughout the years of Putin’s rule, these two rabbis have played the role of official representatives of the Jewish community in the Kremlin. The situation is quite unique, because both Beard and Lazar belong to the Hasidic movement, which does not represent the majority among believing Jews either in Russia or in the world.
Hasidism was banned in the USSR. Under Yeltsin, the official leaders of the Jewish community in Russia were the oligarch Gusinsky and Rabbi Adolf Shayevich, both adherents of traditional Judaism. And only with the advent of Putin in 1999 did Beard and Lazar come to the fore. Never before had the Hasidim occupied such a high position in Russia.



The reason is banal: the oligarch Gusinsky was against the appointment of Putin as successor in 1999 (he had other views on this matter). When Yeltsin decided to transfer power to Putin, Gusinsky and the NTV channel, which he owned at the time, were actively opposed. It was vital for Putin to destroy NTV (the first thing he did when he came to power) and remove Gusinsky from the political arena. Including remove from the first roles of the RJC (Russian Jewish Congress), where Gusinsky was president.
And then the Hasidim turned up. Putin agreed with Lev Leviev (oligarch, the richest Hasid in the world). On December 8, 1999, the FEOR (pro-Putin Federation of Jewish Communities) was created, which quickly pushed Gusinsky’s RJ with the support of the authorities. Leviev became the first president of the FEOR (later he was replaced by Boroda), and their chief rabbi was Berl Lazar. Soon Putin gave Berl Lazar Russian citizenship in an expedited manner and introduced him to the Presidential Council. Gusinsky’s people were taken out of there. The revolution is over.

In April 2019, Attorney Mueller’s report on Russia’s interference in the US elections in 2016 was released in America. In principle, the information is not new. The New York Times first wrote about the strange visit of Berl Lazar to the Trump headquarters on March 3, 2017. The journalists then turned to the Chief Rabbi of Russia for clarification – what was he doing at the Trump headquarters in the summer of 2016 at the height of the election campaign? – Berl Lazar replied that they discussed “anti-Semitism in Russia, Russian society and Russian-speaking Jews in Israel.”
The version is not very plausible. Why did Berl Lazar suddenly rush to New York to the headquarters of one of the candidates for the presidency of the United States to discuss all these topics with Greenblat (whom he had not known before)? Judging by the Mueller report, the true purpose of the voyage was different: to present Trump’s people with a “particularly close person of Putin” (here’s a channel for communication), and at the same time invite Trump to visit Moscow before the elections (while he is a private person). 3. Blood diamonds.

At the beginning of November 2018, the leading business media of the world spread the news: in Israel, a criminal group of 5 people was arrested in the case of diamond smuggling – the brother and son of the oligarch Lev Leviev and three more accomplices with them. And the police consider Leviev himself, who is in Russia, from where they will demand his extradition, to be the main suspect in the case (the leader of the group).

The investigation began back in 2017, when a manager from one of Leviev’s firms, who arrived from Russia, was detained at Tel Aviv airport with a batch of rough diamonds in his luggage, which he tried to carry through the Green Corridor. As it turned out, Leviev’s people regularly made such flights with diamonds from Russia to Israel. Sometimes even students from religious schools (yeshivas) were used for this purpose, which aroused less suspicion at airports. At the same time, Russia was a transit country – stones were first brought to Moscow from third countries, then transported to Israel in order to confuse the traces of origin.
In total, the defendants in the case were charged with smuggling diamonds worth $80 million and money laundering. The country of origin of the stones has not yet been announced by the investigation (who and where they brought them to Russia for subsequent shipment to Israel). And here the investigation may lead to other, more serious charges.
The fact is that in Israel taxes on the diamond business are taken not from profit, but from turnover (per carat), so there is no point in purely economically transporting stones past customs – this does not affect taxes in any way, only taking extra risks.
There is only one explanation why Leviev’s people carried stones in suitcases, not wanting to declare them – these are illegal or “bloody” diamonds. Usually such stones are from Africa, they are mined in semi-handicraft mines owned by local dictators, all sorts of shady businessmen with them, or simply field commanders in war zones. Workers (often minors) are kept in the position of slaves. Mined diamonds are not officially recorded and are smuggled out.

At the same time, with small dimensions, diamonds cost millions, they are easy to transport, they are popular with the mafia, terrorists as a method of payment, a form of storage of a common fund. This is much cooler than 500 euro bills, which are now being phased out in the EU, because. turned out to be in demand, mainly among the mafiosi, and not ordinary people.
An Israeli investigation into the smuggling of diamonds by Leviev’s people is still ongoing. However, what happened is not surprising. The fact that Leviev trades in illegal diamonds has been written in the world media for 20 years, but if he is not caught, he is not a thief, the talks remained talks. And now, it seems, the thief is caught by the hand, and in his historical homeland.

4. Eldorado in Angola.

Lev Leviev is a very remarkable person. The son of a store manager from Tashkent, who was a major figure in the Soviet black market. In 1972, the store manager’s dad bought diamonds with all his savings and left with his family for Israel, smuggling the stones across the border. Leviev was then 15 years old. At the age of 20, he successfully married in Israel – the family of his wife (Elizarova) were diamond dealers and took the young man into business.
Since the late 1980s Leviev began working in Africa buying up blood diamonds. Their headquarters was in Johannesburg (South Africa), from there messengers traveled all over the continent. Often, diamonds were bought not for money, but through barter – in exchange for weapons. So Leviev made new friends – arms dealers from the Soviet, and then Russian special services. The closest of them was this person:



This is Arkady Gaydamak , an international swindler, arms dealer. His biography largely repeats the story of another similar figure – Shabtai Kalmanovich. Shabtai left the USSR for Israel in 1971, being an agent of the GRU. In Israel, he achieved impressive success in the field of espionage, as well as in terms of infiltration into international organized crime. He managed to get a job in the secretariat of Prime Minister Golda Meir, after which he was transferred from the GRU to political intelligence – the PGU KGB (now the SVR).
In the 1980s Shabtai rushed to Africa, where he traded in blood diamonds and other raw materials, corrupting local kings. At his peak, he ruled the small African country of Sierra Leone, where he installed his protege as president. He also established ties with America. In the diamond business, he had a share of the Brighton Beach chaps and the Italians (Cosa Nostra).
However, in 1987, a KGB defector turned him in, and Shabtai was arrested in Israel for espionage. Having left ahead of schedule in 1993, he returned to Russia, where he joined the Solntsevo organized criminal group and was a prominent authority there. He died a heroic death in 2009 in a mafia showdown.



So Arkady Gaydamak is such Shabtai No. 2, only in a smaller version. He also left the USSR along Jewish lines in 1972 as an agent of the GRU – first to Israel, then moved to France. In France, he became a middle-class businessman – just like Shabtai organized tours of Soviet artists, he opened a translation agency in Paris that worked on orders from Western firms trading with the USSR.
But the time has come, and the Motherland called Arkady to big things. In 1991, the USSR collapsed, all assistance to the pro-Soviet regimes in Africa was curtailed, and meanwhile a civil war was going on in Angola. Former pro-Soviet dictator José dos Santos fought desperately against insurgents from rival factions. Moreover, the fighting was conducted in fact in one of the largest diamond-bearing regions of the planet (Angola is in the top five in diamond mining in the world). This war has become a bonanza for arms dealers and illegal diamonds.
Arkady Gaydamak, together with his curator from the GRU Alexei Chepa (now a prominent figure in the State Duma of the Russian Federation) and with the assistance of the authority of Taiwanchik from the Izmailovo organized criminal group, established in the 1990s. arms supplies to Angola from Eastern Europe and the former USSR.



The regime paid with what it could: oil, pebbles, Soviet debts. Angola owed the USSR huge sums ($5 billion). They were transferred to Gaydamak, then José dos Santos paid some part of the money from the Angolan budget for them. After that, these funds were successfully drank (almost nothing came to Russia). An elegant scam, in which not only Gaydamak, the President of Angola, but also, according to rumors, officials of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation who supervised the public debt at that time (someone Vavilov and Kasyanov) participated.
Naturally, Leviev did not stay away from this celebration of life. It was on the Angolan theme that they agreed with Gaydamak. And when the war ended in the late 1990s, a prize awaited them: José dos Santos gave them the widest possible opportunity to pump out the bowels of Angola. What they actively engaged in until they quarreled. Because of the money, of course.


5. Keeper of envelopes.

Leviev has his own deposits in Angola and, in addition, acts as an intermediary in the sale of Angolan diamonds from state vaults. He works in much the same way in Russia: he has a couple of his own cutting factories, mines in the Urals, plus intimate relationships with Gokhran and Alrosa to sell their diamonds on the world market. Well, why is Russia worse than Angola ?
In Angola, in addition to the Luminas deposit, Leviev owns the Askorp company, a major dealer in the purchase and export of local diamonds. Askorp was established in 2000 as a joint venture: 51% owned by the Angolan government, 49% by Leviev. As is customary in Africa, the state’s share in the commodity exporter Askorp was nothing more than a feeding trough for local kings, in this case José dos Santos and his family.



Dos Santos, a typical African ruler, was in power for 38 years, from 1979 to 2017. In 2017, at the age of 75, he transferred power to a successor, but his family retained their capital. The dictator’s daughter from his first marriage, Isabelle dos Santos, is the richest woman in Africa with a fortune of $3.5 billion. These billions are years-long kickbacks from Leviev and other similar businessmen in Angola.
The billionaire daughter, by the way, is half Russian – her dad studied in the USSR in the 1960s, and at the same time with a diploma he brought home his wife – Tanya Kukanova from Penza. Tanya and her daughter are denominations in numerous offshores of the former ruler of Angola, where he collected his hard-earned money.

Leviev and the Santos-Kukanov family have been on excellent terms for many years. Together they are robbing a country rich in raw materials, but completely impoverished. But Leviev had problems with Askorp.
In 2012, he was sued in London. And this was done by Arkady Gaydamak, already mentioned above. He stated that 49% of Leviev in Askorp is a fiction. In fact, half of those 49% are his. The share belongs to him on the basis of a secret trust agreement, which he and Leviev signed in 2001. They signed it, sealed it in an envelope and handed it over to the Chief Rabbi of Russia for safekeeping. And that rabbi was Berl Lazar.
According to Gaydamak, it was he who played a decisive role in the victory of José dos Santos in the civil war and it was he who was offered privileges in the export of local diamonds. He attracted Leviev as a specialist in this industry. He brought the president of Angola into the inner circle, brought him to the people, but he himself decided not to shine in the Askorp project. At that time, Gaidamak had problems with the French police, so he wrote down the shares on Leviev. It’s all about trust.



However, Levaev threw his benefactor. According to Gaydamak, in 12 years (2001-12) Leviev took $6 billion worth of diamonds out of Angola, but did not share it with him. Moreover, Gaydamak was thrown not only by Leviev, but also by Rabbi Berel Lazar. When Gaidamak turned to him to give him an envelope with a contract, the Rebbe said that he had lost it. The court summoned Burl Lazar to London to testify, but he refused to come.
And without the envelope, which he “lost”, Gaydamak lost the court . In desperation, Gaydamak filed a complaint against Berl Lazar with the rabbinical court, but he did not appear there either. In general, Leviev and Berl Lazar lit the hardened swindler Gaydamak like a sucker.



6. Epilogue.
